Once again Simon Lilley (Master Chef) has come up with a delicious menu utilising the creme de la creme of our local seafood along with our award winning Roasted Smoked Salmon. Our mussels from Shetland are coming into their own at this time of year, so it is lovely to see them feature with Simon’s homemade breads. Bouillabaise is one of Robert Latimers’ all time favourite fish dishes so he’s over the moon it’s featuring on the night! Simon’s puddings are always heavenly – so hot ginger pudding on a winter evening is bound to finish your evening very nicely indeed ….
