4 course Seafood Supper with a twist!
The night follows our usual supper club format – 4 course set menu with the best seafood, handpicked that day by Robert Latimer.
However we’ve arranged for the fantastic Andrew and Janet Coghlan – of Coghlans Cookery School, to host with their inimitable front of house style and for their master chef Simon Lilley to be poaching, frying, roasting, baking or steaming your supper to perfection.
Not only that we have also arranged for our guests to enjoy a free wine tasting, Andrew Coghlan has selected 6 fine wines for you to enjoy alongside each course of your superb seafood supper and he knows how to pick wine!
The set menu includes seafood canapés, starters, main course and dessert followed by coffee and Coghlans own handmade chocolates.
It’s going to be a good night!
