Masterchef Simon Lilley will design the 4 course set seafood menu around Robert Latimer’s pick of the catch recommendations! During the evening Robert will explain all about your seafood; where & how it was caught, a bit of David Attenborough'esque natural history and if you're lucky some tales of derring do on the high seas too! Andrew Coghlan (sommelier to the stars) will discuss the wines he has matched to each course for you and describes how Simon has prepared and cooked your scrumptious supper.
