We are offering a new safe and secure way to collect your favourite Latimers goodies – “Contact Free Collections”

 

Simply plaice your order on the website & arrive during your allocated time slot! 

This new service is perfect for those who wish to ensure they are keeping as safe as possible, by minimising contact during the Covid-19 situation and staying at a safe distance from others.
There is no extra charge for using this service.
We have shortened our lead times to 12 hours (from 48 hours) to try and help you out as much as possible.
You can use this service both on foot and in your car

This is how it works:

  1. After browsing through our websites selection of delicious delicacies, select your seafood and groceries then checkout
  2. Pick your preferred collection date and time slot
  3. If you are in your car:
    1. When you arrive at Latimers (must be within your allocated time slot) park at the signposted collection point – so we know you are here (if after a couple of minutes no one comes – please ring the doorbell)
    2. Stay safe in your car while a member of our crew asks you to confirm your name and details of your order
    3. Whilst they go and get your order – please open your boot and retreat to a safe distance
    4. They will pop your delicious delicacies in the boot with a cheery smile
    5. Close your boot and continue safely on your way
  4. If you are on foot:
    1. When you arrive at Latimers (must be within your allocated time slot) please stand at the collection point – it will be clearly signposted
    2. Wait for a member of our crew – they will remain at a safe distance while they ask for your name & details of your order (if after a couple of minutes no one comes – please ring the doorbell)
    3. Whilst they go and get your order please retreat to a safe distance
    4. They will pop your  delicious delicacies on the outdoor collection bench
    5. Once they are at a safe distance please collect your goodies and enjoy the rest of your day safely
