The full fleet of Tall Ships are expected to be on the River Wear
from Wednesday 11th July until they leave for Sweden on Saturday 14th July
It will be a spectacular event and for details about what is planned on while they are on The Wear click here . We’ll be open late (until folk stop coming in the doors) so pop in and grab something in our cafe or some scrumptious seafood to take home.

Head off in plenty time to see the awe inspiring highlight of the day – high wire walk across the River Wear by Cirque Bijou , accompanied by live music and a few surprises at 9.30pm!
