Apprenticeships!

Currently recruiting cafe apprentices:

 

• Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship  – working alongside our friendly team in our cafe

 

Over the past few years we have successfully trained 5 apprentices and still have 1 of them working with us (very important member of our crew!) So apprentices we take on will have the opportunity to be offered full time work at the end of their course.

Also successful apprentices will be on a higher wage (£4 per hour) than the government recommends we should (National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.75 per hour) and this will be reviewed after 3 months.

The training is provided with Gateshead College
