Join us for a Christmas Gala 5 course banquet with Champagne reception hosted by the impeccable Coghlans of Chesterfield
Andrew Coghlan, Simon Lilley (mastershef) and Robert Latimer have pleasure in announcing their menu for the evening:
A classical starter but a real treat for for Christmas ~ Baby dover sole Veronique
To follow ~ Twice baked Latimers hand-dressed crab and mature cheese soufflé served with a brown crab, potted shrimp and caper dressing
The fish course ~ Latimers own roasted smoked salmon risotto topped with crispy salted seaweed julienne
For your main course ~ Tail of monkfish wellington wrapped in prosciutto and served with a fish and seafood potato gateaux and fish red wine jus lie
For dessert ~ Iced Christmas chestnut and lavender honey parfait served with candied fruits
Barrels and Bottles sponsor the classical Christmas wines to accompany each course
Doors ~ 7.15pm Carriages ~10.30pm
