Fish Pie

  1. Peel, cut and boil potatoes until tender
  2. Drain and mash with milk, butter and season with black pepper
  3. Add 25g butter, 25g plain flour and 4 sliced spring onions into a pan and heat until the butter has melted, stirring, cook for 1-2 minutes
  4. Gradually whisk in 400ml milk, bring to boil, cook for 3-4 mins until thickened
  5. Take off heat and stir in fish pie mix, 1tsp English mustard, a handful of finely snipped chives, a handful of sweetcorn and garden peas and then add to a dish
  6. Spoon potato on top and sprinkle grated cheese
  7. Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling and serve
