Tempura langoustines, Lobster cannelloni, Sole with herb crust,  Thai spiced salmon brochettes, Fresh North Sea Crab over marinated Watermelon served with a Frisee Salad and Balsamic Glaze                                                                                      depends on catch!

Roulade with catch of the day fish with Scallop and Herb Mousse served with Cumin Fondant potatoes, pea puree and air dried Scallop Roe powder
