We are interviewing in the last week of January with the closing date for applications at noon on Tuesday 21st January. We’d like our new crew in place and trained up in plenty time for our busy season – Easter onwards!
We are looking for a permanent, full time, Cafe Team Leader, whose main focus will be front of house, taking care of our customers and offering them good old fashioned hospitality! Our team leaders are integral in helping with the day to day running of the business. The successful candidate will work alongside our café assistant manager and owners Robert and Ailsa Latimer to ensure that our café is run in an efficient and professional manner. Our cafe and shop teams work closely together and this role fits into our leadership team which also consists of a shop team leader and assistant shop manager, so as well as a competitive salary there is also opportunity to achieve bonuses too!
Alongside our Cafe Team Leader, we are also looking for a member Experienced Cafe Staff – someone who has done this type of work before and knows its where they want to be in life! This is a flexi hours job, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours (over 4 or 5 days a week), and during peak times or to cover holidays you will be asked to work up to full time hours.
