Handmade at Latimers, based on a typical “cullen skink” recipe – a chowder containing smoked haddock. Although sometimes our chowder has smoked cod in instead! We smoke the cod and haddock here on the premises, but only use whats been caught – hence the caveat “cod or haddock”!

Once we’ve started preparing your order it cannot be changed or cancelled, for Christmas orders this is several days in advance. An admin fee will apply.
