Latimers have joined forces with one of the North East’s top chefs – Anthony Brown, for an innovative evening of delectable foodie fun; learn everything you want to know about how to choose, prepare, store and cook seafood.

For our first event Robert Latimer himself and Anthony Brown intend telling you everything you ever wanted to know (and probably more!) about new season mussels, a  “flat” fish – probably lemon sole depending on the catches from our dayboats and a “round” fish – whichever is pick of the catch.

The night starts at 6.30pm with the demonstrations (which you get to taste) and then is followed by a delicious buffet – highlighting some of the fabulous fish available from Latimers.  Before desserts the last demonstration will take place, followed by coffee.

Feel free to bring your own wine and drinks, glasses and corkscrews are provided.  The atmosphere and dress code is informal, so please do feel free to ask questions to Robert and Anthony and get involved as the evening progresses.
