Coghlans of Chesterfield are hosting their first superb Seafood Supper Club of the year with wine tasting for us in February.
Masterchef Simon Lilley will design the 4 course set menu around Robert Latimer’s pick of the catch recommendations, which Andrew Coghlan (sommelier to the stars) will match wines to accordingly.
Latimers Award Winning Roasted Smoked Salmon and dill fish cake with a Thai spiced creme fraiche and spiced oil
Seafood Bouillabaisse with rouille
Roasted market fish tournedos filled with a scallop mousse and served vierge style
Chocolate and hazelnut pannacotta terrine hazelnut crunch
Coffee and Coghlans chocolates
Glass of wine to go with each course plus reception drinks
