Smoked Fishes

We have our smoker up and running now, and are smoking cod, haddock and salmon almost non stop. We are also trying out smoked Ling, Whiting, Herring and whatever else we can think of. The feed back so far from customers is brilliant, and we are selling out as quick as we smoke it, so get in quick!
