Shellfish Cooking Techniuques – The shellfish in question will depend on the weather and catches – it might be the elusive dive caught scallops or razor clams, or maybe mussels, palourde clams or oysters… come hungry!
£35pp includes tasters of all demo dishes and 2 course buffet supper.

4 course set menu with “pick of the catch” featuring in your canapes, starters and main course – we don’t make you eat fish in your dessert!
Latimers and Chef Anthony Brown bring you unique dining events, featuring the best local seafood you can find paired up with beautiful local in season produce.
Anthony cooks it all to perfection for you to enjoy in our relaxed and informal surroundings.
These events are run on a bring your drinks basis – soft drinks are available here!
