Our Spring Seafood Supper Club is once again is hosted by the impeccable Coghlans of Chesterfield.
Andrew Coghlan, Simon Lilley (masterchef) and Robert Latimer have pleasure in announcing their menu for the evening:
Seafood Amuse Bouche
Ravioli of Spider Crab served on a bed of Creamed Leeks topped with crispy leeks
Latimers Home Smoked Loin of Cod Croquettes served on Spiced Slaw and topped with julienne of Seaweed, Chilli and Corriander Dressing
Fillet of Lemon Sole topped with a Salmon & Lobster Mouselline and served with a Spider Crab and Lobster Bisque, Saffron Potato
Coghlans Chocolate Brownie served with a Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Barrels and Bottles sponsor the free wine tasting to complement the dinner will be serving a selection of excellent quality wines.
