For the “Pick of the Catch fish Robert will decide on the day, Chef Simon Lilly is hoping for Halibut, Brill, Turbot or Monkfish as he is wanting a meaty textured fish for the main course of this light Spring Time dish to compliment his delicate spices and the light Cabernet Red wine Andrew Coghlan has selected for the wine tasting.
