The season is here for “sea asparagus” – fresh edible seaweed, the perfect accompaniment to all seafood, especially wild salmon and seatrout. Simply rinse and blanch or steam to have hot, or even easier rinse and have in a salad. About 50p – 60p a serving. Yum Yum!
