We thought as Toulon sits right on the med and is a big fishing port we would look at the famous french fish soup – Bouillabaisse and showcase our local squid, red mullet and langoustines.  All of the demo dishes we do are passed around for tasters and then you get to enjoy a fantastic 2 course buffet supper  – in which bouillabaisse will feature!

So you get to decide – who has the best seafood us or them… we obviously think its us!

who has the best Rugby team… we’ll have to wait and see, but we know who we are rooting for!
