Seafood Supper Club with Coghlans

Saturday 21st September

Spanish 5 course seafood tasting menu and free wine tasting

Dinner for our September event will have a Spanish feel, taking     inspiration from the wines sourced from Spain’s Oldest Vineyard; Abadia De La Oliva from Navarra.   This is an 11th Century Cistercian Monastery, which Andrew Coghlan informs us makes very good whites as well as rich reds and a Rose that is used by the Vatican in the Papal Mass.

Coghlans Masterchef Simon Lilley will be keeping with the Mediterranean theme, using our finest seafood for a 5 course  extravaganza! As always Robert Latimer will give him the pick of the catch to make your dinner. In season and available should be Hake, Velvet Crab, Squid and Mackerel  – all favourites with the Spaniards.
