Grilled Oysters With Smoked Salmon, Sour Cream, and Chives
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 dozen Oysters
A small tub sour cream
A small bunch fresh chives
Lemon wedges and brown bread
Method:
- Open the Oysters and place them under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes
- Next cut the Smoked Salmon into thin ribbons and finely dice the chives
- Remove the Oysters from the grill and place 1 teaspoon of sour cream on each
- Then top with the ribbons of Salmon and a sprinkle of chopped chives
- Serve with a lemon wedge and brown bread
