Grilled Oysters With Smoked Salmon, Sour Cream, and Chives

Serves 4


1 dozen Oysters

slices Smoked Salmon

A small tub sour cream

A small bunch fresh chives

Lemon wedges and brown bread


  • Open the Oysters and place them under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes
  • Next cut the Smoked Salmon into thin ribbons and finely dice the chives
  • Remove the Oysters from the grill and place 1 teaspoon of sour cream on each
  • Then top with the ribbons of Salmon and a sprinkle of chopped chives
  • Serve with a lemon wedge and brown bread
