Little pot of salt with schezuan pepper, made bespoke for us by Steenburgs organic fairtrade spices.
Simply pop some flour in a bowl with a little of the seasoning, coat your squid rings with the mix, then shallow fry in a little hot oil for 1-2 minutes for perfect squid.
