Clean the squid and cut into rings, we’re more than happy to do this for you!
- Dust in seasoned flour, you can add a little of our bespoke “Squid Seasoning – Salt and Schezuan Pepper” or smoked paprika to the flour
- Shallow fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes or until crisp – honestly it’s just really quick, do it too long and it will get chewy
- Serve with salad and squeeze of fresh lemon and some aioli
