Chilli & Garlic Squid #EasyFishy


Handful of prepared squid

1/2 diced onion

5 garlic cloves halved

2tsp chilli flakes

1/2 thinly sliced red pepper

1tbs dark soy sauce

Fry light spray

Salt & pepper to season

Spring onion to garnish


Spray pan with fry light

Fry onions and peppers for 2-3 minutes

Add garlic cloves and fry for an extra minute

Add squid and chilli flakes and stir – fry for 1-2 minutes adding soy sauce

Serve up and sprinkle spring onions
