Fried Tuna Steaks #EasyFishy
Makes two servings
Make a dressing using 3tbs extra virgin olive oil, 2.5 tbs white wine vinegar , 3 anchovy fillets , 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1/5 tsp dried tarragon and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Creamy mashed potatoes boil 4 large potatoes in salted water drain and let dry, add milk/cream and butter to suit, mash until smooth (or use a ricer) season.
Heat frying/griddle pan on a medium heat add 1 tsp oil and a knob of butter sear the tuna steaks and then after about two mins on each side assemble the dish with your choice of veggies and drizzle with the dressing!
