Ingredients
Squid
Flour
Latimers Salt and Schezuan Pepper Seasoning
Oil
Method
Mix a little seasoning into your flour in a shallow bowl
coat squid in mix
Pop into a hot pan with a couple of tablespoons of oil for 1-2 minutes
Serve with a squeeze of lemon or lime – delish dipped into garlic mayo too!
